NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001053000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES A. MCNABB, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 226, ENCLAVE AT IMPERIAL LAKES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
