YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in POLK County, Florida:
LOT 140, OF FAIRWAY LAKES ESTATES PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 2-3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for FAIRWAYS-LAKE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC, whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before 11/6/17, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the POLK BUSINESS OBSERVER
