NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 2, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. CASE NO: 53-2015-CA-001941 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA8, Plaintiff and NICHOLAS CARNEY; EMMA CARNEY; LAGACY PARK MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION; TOWNS OF LEGACY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR; EH/TRANEASTERN, LLC are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 1, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
