NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 2, 2017 entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002874 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank NA, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, NA, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank NA, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3AR, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-3AR., is the Plaintiff and Gary D Centafanti; Cathy L Centafanti; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, National Association; Golden Gate Estates Area Civic Association, Inc are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 63, LESS THE NORTH 170 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 34, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
