NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007030-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Fannie D. Ritchie; John F. Key; Unknown Spouse of Fannie D. Ritchie; Unknown Spouse of John F. Key; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; All other Unknown Parties claiming interests by, through, under, and against a named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether same unknown parties may claim an interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK G, KANAWHA VILLAGE ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 1, OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 1983 FREN SINGLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN # 1497V.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
