NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 512014CA004669CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, Plaintiff and DAVID J. MAYS A/K/A DAVID MAYS are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, HIGHLAND RIDGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
