Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 7, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 1-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
