NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 27th day of September 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003181CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein JESUSA FILARETOU is the Plaintiff and OHANNES SADOYAN is the Defendant, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00AM on the 1st day of November 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 232 through 235, HOLIDAY GARDENS UNIT 3, per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 95, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
