NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2017, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003488 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC.TRUST 2006-NC4 is the Plaintiff and Suzanne Earles; Lamont E Earles are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 919, TWENTIETH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 8, 8A THROUGH 8K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
