Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on July 18, 2017, in case number 2016-CA-006403, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Peggy Y. Wilhelm, as Trustee under Trust Agreement Dated December 19, 1991, is the Plaintiff and Thomas R. Storck and Kelly Ann Storck, husband and wife, Sue Trella Hess f/k/a Sue Hess Storck and Ford Motor Credit Company, a corporation the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 13th day of Novembver, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 36, SOUTHERN VIEW, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 48, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
