Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 5 day of October, 2017, and entered in case No. 17-CC-1873 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GULF PLACE IT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF LEE COUNTY, INC., is the Plaintiff and, LAURA J. MANNS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA J. MANNS, IF ANY, BAYCOMP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8 day of November, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 311, Gulf Place II Condominium, a Condominium all set out in Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, recorded in Official Records Book 1850, Page 475, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendment to Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto recorded in Official Records Book 1860, Page 4742, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto including an undivided interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
A/K/A: 610 Gerald Avenue, #311, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936 Parcel ID No.: 27-44-27-18-00000.3110
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
