NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005507 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2514, BUILDING 5325, MYSTIC GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2006000041352 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5325 Summerlin Road, Unit 2514, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
