YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and cancel invalid mortgage on the following described real property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel No. 91 ANDOVER “D” Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2693, Page 522 and all amendments thereto and Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 20, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Eric W. Smith, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 617 West Lumsden Rd., Brandon, Florida 33511, on or before 11/20/2017 and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
