NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Scott Ellis, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Florida, will on the 15th day of November, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Brevard County Government Center, North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida, 32796 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situated in Brevard County, Florida:
Lot 36, Block D, Pineda Springs Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page(s) 93 and 94, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida (the “Property”).
