NOTICE, is given pursuant to the Stipulated Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2017, in Civil Action No. 14-CA-89602 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Steven Schweitzer, is the Plaintiff and Thomas G. White, Linda B. Alcathie and Michelle D. White the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash. In accordance with the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, executed on October 4, 2017, the sale date of 10:00 a.m. on October 11,2017, has been rescheduled to 10:00a.m. on November 8, 2017. The
sale will be conducted electronically online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, for the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence South 00°10'11” West along the West boundary of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 11, a distance of 704.92 feet; thence North 88°31'18” East, a distance of 196.99 feet to a Point of Beginning; continue North 88°31'18” East, a distance of 136.35 feet to the Westerly right-of-way of Gunn Highway; thence North 21°26'59” West along the Westerly right-of-way of Gunn Highway, a distance of 170.00 feet; thence South 88°31'18” West, a distance of 136.35 feet; thence South 21°26'59” East, a distance of 170.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
