NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-005335 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FIRST GUARANTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and THOMAS L. WALTER, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 2, Trifoliata Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 79, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
