NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2017, and entered in 17-CA-001007 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and PATRICIO NAVARRO A/K/A PATRICIO A. NAVARRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIO NAVARRO A/K/A PATRICIO A. NAVARRO; YESENIA NAVARRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YESENIA NAVARRO; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION DBA GTE FINANCIAL F/K/A GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
