NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Consent Final Judgment In Rem of Foreclosure dated August 17th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009058 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY TRUSTEE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2006, is Plaintiff and VERSIE LILIES-TRAMMELL A/K/A VERSIE LILES, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, OF CRESCENT PARK PHASE-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 33-35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
