NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2017, and entered in 2016-CA-009278-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF REX BAKER, DECEASED; GINGER L BAKER A/K/A GINGER LEE BAKER ; CRESTVIEW CONDOMINIUMS OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; JESSE BAKER are the Defendant(s).
