YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
UNIT 1111, COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OR BOK 4913, PAGE 1436, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED INCONDO MINIUM BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before 11/15/17, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the PINELLAS BUSINESS OBSERVER
