NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-3048-CI-19 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff THE ESTATE OF JULIOUS LEE BOLDEN AND ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF JULIOUS LEE BOLDEN are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 2, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 3, W.D. HARRIS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 4, Page 7, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and lying in Section 25, Township 31 South, Range 16 East.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
