NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-3777-CI-19 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and EDWIN A. HOLMES, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 4TH SCHOLORSHIP TRUST DATED THE 2ND DAY OF OCTOBER, 2007 AND ROBERT E. HUGHES, SR. are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 20, Block 1, PASADENA ESTATES, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 3, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
