NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-003229-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III is the Plaintiff and FRANK C. MATZELLE, JAMES H. MEEKS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AMBER JACKSON, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A AMANDA FREMS, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A., PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, CITY OF LARGO are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 7, 2017, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 122, MASANDRA ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
