NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-000906 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, Plaintiff and Robert Yoston are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, HIGHLAND OAK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
