NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-008021-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, DESFORGES, GAETAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2017, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 203, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CODOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 55 THROUGH 59 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARAE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 4, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3504, PAGE 482 THROUGH 578 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
