The East 15 feet of land owned by the Grantors, in Section 5, Township 23 South, Range 28 East, Orange County, Florida, which land is bounded on the East by the East line of the West 1/4 of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5, and which said 15 foot strip of land hereby conveyed running 15 feet East and West bounded on the North by the Park Ridge Gotha Road which runs in a Northeasterly, Southwesterly direction and said strip of land hereby conveyed is approximately 18 feet frontage on said road and said 15 foot strip of land is bounded on the South by land now owned by Virginia L. Gatewood, and said 15 foot strip of land is bounded on the West by land owned by the Grantors.
