NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated Oct. 11, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 17000284CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and PATRICIA ROBERTSON; BANK OF AMERICA, NA;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of January, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1104, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 22, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 13A THRU 13C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 17030 SMITH AVENUE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL., 33954
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
