NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2017 entered in Case No. 17000039CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jennifer D. Fortune a/k/a Jennifer Diane Fortune f/k/a Jennifer D. Fortune-Farrar f/k/a Jennifer Farrar f/k/a Jennifer Diane Riddell, Deceased.; Clerk of The Court, Charlotte County, Florida; Joshua Allen Fortune a/k/a Joshua A. Fortune are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4th of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 29 AND 30, BLOCK 271, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 76A THROUGH 76N, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
