NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2008-CA-010694-XXXX-AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Owner Trustee of Matawin Ventures Trust Series 2016-2, Plaintiff and LUIS ALBERTO GUZMAN A/K/A LUIS A.GUZMAN are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 10 AND 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
