NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 01, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003623AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and CARRIE GROSE A/K/A CARRIE L. GROSE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. A, Building No. 3149 of HIDDEN HOLLOW, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page(s) 56, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 623, Page 2, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
