NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000878AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) is Plaintiff and JAMES ANDREW WYATT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES ANDREW WYATT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CFSB, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; HIDDEN OAKS OF MANATEE COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. LOT 133, HIDDEN OAKS A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 142 THROUGH 151, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
