NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001206000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PA1, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, National Association f/k/a Citibank, N.A., Dennis Kitterman, Pamela L. Kitterman a/k/a Pamela J. Kitterman, Plantation Vista Property Owners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 9th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
