NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2017, in the above-styled cause, PAULA S. O'NEIL, Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 6, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK 5, ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 32 TO 43, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
