NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005422 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JEFFREY D. ANDRASI; MARIA BERNADETTE ANDRASI; CITIBANK, N.A. FKA CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of NOVEMBER, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, SOUTHRIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
