Lot 34, Block 334, 5th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
COUNT II
Lot 3, Block 30, WARM MINERAL SPRINGS UNIT 82, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 23 and 23-A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Miko P. Gunderson, Plaintiffs' attorney whose address is Berntsson, Ittersagen, Gunderson & Wideikis, LLP, 7440 Riverside Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33982, on or before November 20, 2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
