NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-010276 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2017-2 c/o KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, is Assignee and WALTER C. WILLIAMS, a/k/a WALTER CARL WILLIAMS, a/k/a WALTER WILLIAMS, et al., are Defendant(s).

A tract lying in Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows: From the point of intersection of the northeasterly right of way line of Dug Creek Road and the east boundary of said Section 30, run north 49 degrees 65' 51” west along said right of way lien, parallel to and 50.00 feet northeasterly from the centerline of said road, a distance of 539.05 feet to a point of curvature of said right of way lien; run thence northwesterly along said right of way line (which right of way line of a curve to the left, with a radius of 1193.34 feet) an arc distance of 800.53 feet to a point of beginning; from said point of beginning continue westerly along said curved right of way line of arc distance of 51.83 feet (chord 51.82 feet, chord bearing north 88 degrees 46' 41” West) to a point of tangency; run thence south 89 degrees 58' 40” West along said right of way line a distance of 48.17 feet; run thence north 0 degrees 11' 40” East, parallel to the east boundary of said section 30, a distance of 285.0 feet to a point marked with a iron-rod line marker, continue thence North 0 degrees 11' 40” East approximately, 35 feet to the centerline on an existing creek; run thence easterly along said centerline of existing creek; run thence easterly along said centerline of existing creek approximately 103 feet to a point of beginning; run thence South 0 degrees 11' 40” West approximately 312 feet to the point of beginning.
