Engine and Transmission Center gives notice & intent to sell, for nonpayment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicle on 11/09/17 at 8:30 AM at 5128 W Idlewild Ave, Tampa FL 33634. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
