NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-004465 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. ROF III LEGAL TITLE TRUST 2015-1, BY U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and BARBER, CHERYL AND PATRICK, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on December 27, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
