NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-007239-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Julie Whitman as an Heir of the Estate of Wanda M Thomas aka Wanda Scott Thomas deceased; Kenneth Thomas Sr as an Heir of the Estate of Wanda M Thomas aka Wanda Scott Thomas deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Wanda M Thomas aka Wanda Scott Thomas, deceased; United States of America; United States of America Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; William Thomas Jr as an Heir of the Estate of Wanda M Thomas aka Wanda Scott Thomas deceased; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
