NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of October, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000204-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and COLLIN STEVENS; SILVER PINES GOLF VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of December, 2017 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 140, SILVER PINES GOLF VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3022, PAGE 1813, AND ANY AMENDMENT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
