NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 25, 2017 in Civil Case No. 08-2017-CA-000160 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein NCUA AS LIQUIDATING AGENT FOR HURON RIVER AREA CREDIT UNION, PURSUANT TO 12 U.S.C. SECTION 1787(B) is Plaintiff and FRANK LATORRE, PATRICIA A LATORREA/K/A PATRICIA LATORRE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of November, 2017 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, Block 4527, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 81, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 51A through 51P, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
