Lot 19, Block B, Casa Loma Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 58-60, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Brian C. Chase, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1701 North 20th Street, Suite B, Tampa, Florida 33605, ON OR BEFORE A DATE WHICH IS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
