NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-003332 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Oscar J. Herrington, Ruby Lee Bennett aka Ruby Lee Herrington, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
