Brown, Willie James Brown, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 16th day of November, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS, 5, 6, AND 7, AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOTS 24, 25 AND 26, BLOCK F, LAKESIDE ADDITION, LAKELAND, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY FLORIDA.
