Unit No. K-101, PLANTATION HOMES, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1645, Page 2198, and subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Parcel ID # 67985000715
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on November 16, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
