NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2017 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 25, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2016-CA-001114-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U .S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and STEPHEN RAMSEY; ROBIN RAMSEY A/K/A ROBBIE RAMSEY; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 16 day of November, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT NUMBER 4, LAKESIDE MOBILE HOME ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A 1969 DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN NUMBERS 1065A, 1065B AND TITLE NUMBERS 8882546 AND 8882547
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
