NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000607-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Richard D. Hughes; Sherri L. Hughes are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on November, 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER, STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 46, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 49, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
