YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to recover insurance funds from damage to real property located at 2620 2nd Street Northeast, Naples, Florida 34120 and more particularly described as follows:
THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 89, UNIT 22, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
(hereinafter referred to as “Property”) has been filed against you and the other Defendants reference above, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on Plaintiffs' attorney, Adam J. Knight, Esq., Burr & Forman LLP, 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 3200, Tampa, Florida 33602, by December 4, 2017, and file the original said written defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
