Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 170, Marco Beach Unit Five, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, pages 39 to 46, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the 3rd Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida beginning at 11:00 a.m. on November 16, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
