DAYHOFF III, ESQUIRE whose address is 200 North Pine Avenue, Suite B. Oldsmar, Florida 34677 on or before NOV 27 2017, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
